Project Manager - Central London - CAT B Commercial Fit OutA Project Manager is required to oversee the CAT B fit out of a landmark commercial building in Central London. The project will be for approximately 6 months and is due to start on site imminently. The successful candidate will have a background of managing CAT B fit out packages and ideally have at least 10 years construction experience. The position is open to either degree qualified candidates or managers who have progressed through the ranks on site. Role/duties: Reporting to a visiting director they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Project Manager will also liaise with the client and associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings. Qualifications: Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
