Client Services Executive / Administrator | Financial Services Support | Full-time

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for clients — handling calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas

Keeping client records up to date, logging contact in our CRM, and producing reports

Supporting client marketing, including social media activity and online presence

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong administration skills

Excellent organisation and multitasking ability, with a sharp eye for detail

Strong technical skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Salesforce desirable)

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to deal with all levels of stakeholders

A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team

Someone who takes ownership and enjoys making a positive difference for clients
