Overview

Solutions Architect - Source to Pay (Indirect Procurement and Invoice) role at Mars. The S2P Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay expert in S/4HANA plays a critical role in overseeing the SAP S4/HANA global implementation ("Digital Core" program). This S2P expert will lead the S2P DT team to ensure deliverables and testing are provided with quality and on time into the transformation process. As a Senior S/4HANA Expert, the S2P ‘Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay’ Expert will support stakeholders'' engagements and deliver the S2P solutions, working alongside Common Edge and SIs, focusing on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos, among other processes. The leadership provided by this role will be instrumental in achieving the company’s transformational objectives, ensuring that implementations run smoothly with appropriate risk management, controls, and security rigor.What are we looking for?

Experience working in sizeable and complex digital transformations in large global organizations resulting in high adoption of new toolsExperience with S/4 HANA transformationDemonstrable experience with Source to Pay processes, with focus on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos, and with new functionalities in these areas in S/4HANAProven experience gathering and analyzing S2P business requirements and processes from stakeholdersKnowledge in SAP Best Practices, new innovations in S/4HANA (e.g. RPA) with knowledge in OpenText VIM and with basic knowledge of integration products from SAP (e.g. SAP DRC, MDG, BTP)Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectivelyExceptional communication skills to provide the understanding of S2P processes in S/4HANA to stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical abilities with proficiency in using data to make informed product decisionsWhat will be your key responsibilities?

Review business requirements during the building and testing phases for Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos processesAnalyze the current S2P technology infrastructure and align it with business strategy for Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay processesDevelop and maintain the SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrationsDefine and enforce SAP solution standards and proceduresManage and mitigate risks related to SAP solutionsGuide and mentor a team of SAP ConsultantsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all business segments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the internal transformation processWhat can you expect from Mars?
