Location: Nuneaton
Commutable from: Coventry, Hinckley, Bedworth, Rugby, Leicester
Salary: -29,500 + 12.5% Shift Allowance
Contract: Fixed-Term (until end of the year, potential to go permanent)
Shifts: Rotating
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

• Laminating composite components using pre-preg materials
• Vacuum bagging and preparing parts for autoclave curing
• Working in a clean room environment
• Reading and working from drawings and job packs
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Supporting continuous improvement
• Maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards

About You

• Experience as a Composite Laminator
• Strong pre-preg, vacuum bagging, and autoclave experience
• Experience with carbon fibre and glass composites
• Able to read engineering drawings
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive approach
