With a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial units.Your new roleIn your new role, you will be office-based apart when travelling to site. You will be part of the team managing the company''s property portfolio. You will manage lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and other landlord-tenant matters. You will work closely with the team to optimise asset performance, drive value, and ensure the successful development and delivery of an agreed asset management strategy. You will also play a key role in supporting and delivering development projects throughout the portfolio. What you''ll need to succeedTo succeed, you will need to demonstrate a previous track record of successful asset management of industrial, retail or commercial properties. You will need to be able to drive and be willing to travel to sites a couple of days a week.
