The Group owns and operates internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green. This role sits within the Group Procurement team, reporting into the Head of Procurement - Gaming and Sportbook and operating within the wider Evoke Finance function.The evoke Procurement team are responsible for the management and value of all third party spend across the Evoke group. We are looking for an energetic and highly commercial category manager - to work primarily in the gaming space - building and executing strategic value pipelines alongside key business stakeholders and supplier partners.What you will be doing
Creating and executing category strategies aligned to evoke commercial and product requirements in the gaming spaceIdentification of value opportunities within the supplier and product landscape by partnering with key Product and Commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectivesDelivering end to end Procurement activity across all relevant sub categories in both retail and digital domains - Being the subject matter expert for sourcing and negotiation disciplines.Developing a strong understanding of supply market forces, opportunities, threats, trends and regulation Ensuring compliance with Procurement policy, standards and market best practiceBuilding productive relationships with key partners, working closely with Supplier Relationship Management teamWho we are looking for

To apply to this post, you will have:Experience in strategic sourcing and Gaming roles leading high value and complex deals/procurement initiatives. You''ll have evidence of value delivery and commercial acumen, you''ll work at pace, in conditions of ambiguity and across multiple workstreamsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills you''ll be contractually literate and able to work closely with commercial legal business partnersNumeracy skills and able to manipulate and drive insight from complex data sets. Clear and concise communications skillsEvidence of category/commercial experience in revenue based or gain share models, mobile/social gaming, digital platforms particularly beneficial. Experience in gaming, across the likes of Live Casino, Slots, table games, Poker. Understanding of the broader ESG agenda and the importance of addressing Scope 3 emissions within our supplier footprint.What we offer
