IT Manager - Network Manager - School - Field Based

You will join a fast-growing organisation that supplies outsourced IT services to the education sector. You will work with a few schools and be field-based, responsible for overseeing the management, installation, maintenance, availability and security of the curriculum and administrative ICT network, including the hardware and software infrastructure of the school''s ICT network.Responsibilities

Oversee the management, installation, maintenance, availability and security of the curriculum and administrative ICT network, including the hardware and software infrastructure of the school''s ICT network.Manage school ICT support contracts, technical support, emergency cover, etc.Provide 2nd/3rd line consultative support and ensure high levels of service delivery.Collaborate with schools to maintain and improve ICT systems and processes.What you will bring to the table / Qualifications

Experience ideally in a school/education environment with knowledge of switches, virtual and physical server environments and backups, plus strong communication skills.Technical experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V and cloud technologies such as Office 365 / Azure.Ideally experience of upgrading a school IT System.Salary and Location
