Job Summary

SHI has an exciting opportunity to join its growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) Team.

Reporting to the FPandA Director, the Senior Financial Analyst - FPandA will support SHI''s reporting and planning function with coverage of all group SHI business units and segments. The FPandA department is primarily responsible for maintaining financial models, forecasts, and annual plans for all aspects of SHI financials including PandL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow as well as Business Partnering with Senior stakeholders and Sales leaders. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for insights, analysis and recommendations. This includes producing standard monthly reporting packs and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will be experienced, data driven, analytical and ambitious.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:Analysis of results, key drivers and performance against KPIs; preparing variance commentary on revenue and gross profit, analysing customers, products, and sales segments to identify key drivers, highlight risks, and spot trends.Preparation of month end reporting packs for senior leadership, sales leaders, and functional heads to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.Prepare, maintain and publish PandL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow metrics for all business units and consolidations.Ensure the integrity and quality control of financial data, implementing checks and balances as necessary; Business partnering within Finance to ensure accuracy of financial data.Support development of business plans for current investments, KPIs, and all new projects.Support Finance Transformation initiatives including new processes, software, and systems enhancements, automation of reports and process improvement.Ad hoc analysis as needed to answer key business questions.Qualifications

Minimum of 5-8 years'' financial analysis, modelling, processes (Budget, PandL, strategic planning) experience in a large corporate organization.Qualified or Part Qualified preferred (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, MBA, CPA or CFA).US GAAP reporting and working knowledge a plus.Required Skills

Effective communication, time management, presentation abilities.Strong work ethic and high ability to communicate clearly with finance and non-finance professionals.Innovative thinker and ability to solve problems with fresh ideas.Structured approach; process oriented; able to prioritize.Ability to work independently to develop and implement new processes, reports, models.Industry/Global experience in IT, Tech, and reseller market a plus.Additional Information

Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break. However, due to the nature of the role, with its international reach and shared projects, working outside of these hours to service business needs will occur occasionally, and employees are expected to be readily available in these eventualities.A competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
