ABC Teachers are seeking experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to work in an SEN School in Bromsgrove on a full-time basis.To support the teaching and learning of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), contributing to a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which children are supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.About the Role: Work collaboratively with the class teacher and EYFS team to deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS curriculum.Provide individual or small group support, including for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs.Promote children s learning through play-based and child-initiated experiences.Observe, assess, and record children s progress using agreed tools and contribute to learning journals/online systems (e.g., Tapestry).Support the implementation of individual learning plans (IEPs/EHCPs) where appropriate.Help maintain a welcoming, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment both indoors and outdoors.Communicate effectively with parents/carers, sharing information about children s achievements and wellbeing.Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of children, following school policies and procedures.
