Role: Production Operative (Rotating Shifts)
Location: Dudley
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph (increasing to £13.75ph)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling small components using simple techniques.
• Accurately assembling parts by hand using basic tools and equipment.
• Following step-by-step work instructions to ensure products are built correctly and efficiently.
• Operating small presses and fixtures to fit components.
• Safely using hand presses, jigs, and fixtures to secure components into place, ensuring correct alignment and high-quality finish.
• Operating production machinery (training provided).
• Carrying our quality checks against written specifications.
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Earlies: Monday to Thursday: 5.40am to 1.50pm, Friday: 5.40am to 11.30am
• Afternoons: Monday to Thursday: 1.40pm to 9.50pm, Friday: 11.20am to 5.10pm
