In this pivotal role, you''ll be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to internal procedures, complies with all relevant pensions legislation and regulations, and consistently delivers a high-quality service. Your leadership will be key to achieving our business goals and ensuring we provide a first-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities-Lead, motivate, and develop a team of pension administrators.-Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of pensions.-Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance.-Monitor and support the team''s performance, providing opportunities for learning and development.-Implement best practices and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve processes.-Collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
