KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability SectorsJob Title: Manufacturing and Recycling Supervisor / InstructorLocation: York - Centre basedSalary: up to 30,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)Type: Full Time, PermanentDuties include:To provide tailored, hands-on training and support to groups of learners within a workshop setting, who are gaining skills and experience in the fields of Manufacturing and Recycling.Embedding of employability skills, and supporting with the delivery of Warehousing qualifications where required.Conduct regular 1:1''s and development meetings with your team, to uphold motivation and high standards of performance.Conduct health and safety checks, administering safe work practices.Creation of schedules and targets, ensuring production and contractual goals are met.Work in partnership with the wider education team, to support your learners with their Employability and personal development skills.
