Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for refurbishment and redecoration projects. Analysing tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Supporting senior estimators with take-offs, cost plans, and tender submissions. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Helping to prepare bills of quantities and schedules of work. Maintaining clear records of tender enquiries and progress.
