Overview
Senior Director, Circular Business Models at the LEGO Group. Lead the development and delivery of new circular business models, advance our vision for Circularity, and guide a direct team and an established cross-functional working group toward shaping, testing and deploying circular initiatives.Responsibilities
Set and maintain the strategic direction for Circular Business Models as a pillar in the Sustainability agenda.Manage existing programmes such as LEGO Replay, while researching and developing new circular business models with go-to-market approaches that connect consumers, customers and suppliers to drive the circular economy in balance with business needs.Collaborate with a wide range of internal partners to initiate and support the development of new technical solutions.Balance development of new technology and processes with the need to implement quickly and integrate into existing and new value chains.Build and manage a team of deep functional experts in circularity, innovation, behavioral research and new business models (e.g. takeback/resale).Qualifications
Extensive experience leading complex programmes within global corporations, including both operational and commercial perspectives.Business-minded with strategy development and innovation experience, with a strong track record of delivery in complex circumstances.Deep understanding of the Circular Economy, circular business models and innovation road mapping, with familiarity of key market players and trends.Motivated by being “one step ahead,” with high energy to link the future with the present.Analytical-conceptual strength with an affinity for fact-based storytelling.Strong, engaging and focused people leader, with proven ability to lead international, remote teams.Self-directed with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Proven ability to engage collaborators at all levels to generate shared purpose.What’s in it for you?
