We''re seeking a Solution Expert to join our UK andamp; Ireland Product team. You''ll work closely with Account Managers to help grocery retailers adopt and get maximum value from StrongPoint solutions, including order picking software, Q-commerce collection lockers, and smart vending. This role blends pre-sales consultancy, solution design, and hands-on enablement. You''ll be the go-to expert for questions like: Can your solution support this process? How should we integrate this into our store operations? How should we staff and run this in practice? Can we customize this interface? You will also: Collaborate with European technology teams to unlock solution potential. Work with the Head of Product to gather customer feedback, prioritize UK/Ireland requirements, and propose enhancements. Stay up to date on market trends and identify opportunities for new tech partnerships.
