We re looking for a Deployment Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of WYA network deployments at live events and festivals. This is a hands-on, dynamic role - you ll manage everything from pre-event planning to on-site setup, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery. What You ll Do Plan and coordinate deployments: maps, inventory, risk assessments, logistics, and client engagement. Lead on-site operations: hardware installation, network optimisation, takedown, and real-time problem solving. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement. Develop deployment documentation and tools for future scalability. Who You Are A proactive, hands-on problem solver with excellent organisation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead small teams. Experienced in network hardware, radio systems, IoT, BLE, or similar wireless tech. Background in technical or engineering disciplines OR practical experience in live events/operations.
