Service Transition Manager/SDM Location: Knutsford 3 days on site Duration: 30/11/2026 Rate 517MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLARole Description: We are looking for a Service Transition Manager to ensure new or changed services are successfully introduced into BAU with minimal risk and maximum stability.Key Responsibilities Plan and manage service transition activities for new solutions or releases. Coordinate acceptance criteria, operational readiness, and service documentation. Ensure support models, SLAs, and handover processes are defined and agreed. Track risks, issues, and dependencies impacting service introduction. Liaise between project teams, support teams, and stakeholders.
