Town Planner or Senior Town Planner

With a strong client base and an expanding pipeline of projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who is keen to work on complex and high-impact schemes alongside respected industry experts.

Key responsibilities will include:Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.Developing planning strategies and advising clients.Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders.Managing projects independently or supporting senior colleagues depending on your experience.

RequirementsMRTPI qualified (or working towards).Experience within a consultancy or client-facing environment.A strong understanding or interest in logistics, industrial or commercial planning.Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
