Role: Project Manager

Salary: -55,000 - -60,000

My clients are seeking to hire an additional project manager to support their strong pipeline of fit-out projects scheduled for the new year in and around the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the client and build relationshiops.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
• Assist Site Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee multiple Projects simultaneously

Requirements:

Proven experience as a project Manager (5+ years)

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

CAT A/B office fit-out knowledge / Experience
