In this role, you will provide field-based and occasional office desk-side support, installing, maintaining, and repairing systems and devices, providing technical support, and offering IT advice. The role involves travel, including occasional overnight stays, with hybrid working available when not in the field.The ideal candidate will have at a minimum of around a of experience in IT Support as an IT Technician in a commercial or apprenticeship capacity. Ideally the right person will have exposure to core Windows environments, user and access management, and general day to day troubleshooting.
