Senior Project Manager – Schools Improvement Programme

2/3 days per week in office ideally
Full time
Duties and responsibilities –
- Develop a prioritisation methodology using AMP data and building condition surveys
- Lead stakeholder and member engagement
- Produce a Cabinet Report recommending the 2026 programme (for November 2025 meeting)
- Manage the term consultant (Aecom) to prepare design and tender packages
- Establish the delivery programme for 2026
- Coordinate quality service to schools on asset management advice and support
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including:
- Planning colleagues
- Archdiocese and Diocese
- School representatives
