Paid Search Manager

to join their team. This is a

full-time, permanent position

with a flexible work arrangement: based in Kent three days a week and two days working from home.The role offers a salary between

£45,000 and £50,000 , depending on experience, plus benefits.The ideal candidate will be

hands-on

with PPC and Paid Social campaign execution, strategy planning, and campaign optimization. Experience with

Google Ads, META platforms,

and some Display advertising is preferred.You should be able to work well within a team, be self-motivated, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The ability to be hands-on and understand the dynamics of working within a small team is essential.
