We-are-currently-recruiting-for-a-Refrigeration-Engineer-to-join-our-client-based-in-Melksham.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain-and-repair-refrigeration-systems,-ensuring-compliance-with-industry-standards.
• Troubleshoot-and-resolve-issues-related-to-air-commercial-refrigeration-cabinets-and-plant.
• Build-and-install-new-refrigeration-systems-as-required
• Conduct-regular-inspections-of-equipment-to-identify-potential-problems-before-they-escalate.
• Collaborate-with-other-engineers-and-technicians-to-improve-the-business''s-productivity
• Provide-training-to-junior-staff,-fostering-a-culture-of-safety-and-excellence.

Requirements:

• Time-served-refrigeration-engineer-with-hands-on-experience-in-refrigeration-plant.
• Strong-understanding-of-refrigeration-plant-and-it''s-components
• Experience-in-equipment-repair,-demonstrating-problem-solving-skills.
• Ability-to-mentor-junior-team-members-effectively.
• Excellent-communication-skills,-both-verbal-and-written.
• A-proactive-approach-to-work-with-a-strong-attention-to-detail.
