We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Ealing. The school is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join their team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEND), including Autism and profound learning difficulties

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needs

• Assist with personal care where required

• Support classroom activities, behaviour management, and daily routines

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEND in a school or care setting

• Comfortable supporting with personal care when needed

• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach

• Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
