Facilities Manager (Soft FM)Location: East LondonPay: 232.58 Per day PAYE (Inc Holiday) 313.42 Per day LTD UmbrellaAbout the RoleService Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager on behalf of an East London local authority.This is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of Soft Facilities Management (FM) services across a large corporate estate. You will ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant service delivery while driving continuous improvement, sustainability, and value for money.You will support the Head of Corporate Soft FM and deputise where required, playing a key role in shaping FM strategy, managing contracts, and leading both internal teams and external service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery and development of Soft FM services across the corporate estateManage internal Facilities teams and external contractors delivering services including cleaning, security, reception, and post room functionsDeputise for the Head of Corporate Soft FM when requiredOversee contract management, procurement activity, and service level agreementsEnsure compliance with statutory obligations, health and safety legislation, and organisational policiesDrive continuous improvement and innovation across FM servicesManage budgets effectively and ensure value for money deliverySupport carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives aligned with organisational climate goalsProvide performance reporting ..... full job details .....
