Key Responsibilities Identify and implement modifications to machines and systems to simplify processes and reduce downtime. Work on creative engineering solutions for new challenges as they arise. Collaborate with operations and management to support continuous improvement initiatives. Take an active role in designing, testing, and implementing new systems, prototypes, and process enhancements. What We re Looking For A Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong interest in manufacturing or production environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to work on real-world technical challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Desirable: Some industrial experience through a placement, internship, or junior role.
