The successful candidate will be a proactive junior technical professional who has progressed from a hands-on technical role into a junior Business Analyst capacity. You will have exposure across network and infrastructure environments and a strong interest in testing, defect management, and delivery support. Working closely with a Technical Lead, you will support the final stages of project delivery, helping to resolve outstanding actions, complete multiple workstreams, and provide additional capacity to senior team members.
