As an integral member of their inclusive learning environment, you will work closely with students who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with ASC in both academic and non-academic settingsAssist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategiesFoster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and understoodCollaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student supportMonitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholdersPromote independence and self-advocacy skills among students with ASC Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with ASC is highly desirableKnowledge of effective strategies for supporting individuals with ASC in an educational settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parentsPatience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the diverse needs of studentsRelevant qualifications or ..... full job details .....
