Our client is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver large infrastructure schemes across the UK.The Role:Design of civil engineering schemes associated with large developments throughout the UKClient management including attendance at client and design team meetingsRecognised point of contact for clients on projectsManaging junior staff delivering infrastructure schemesMentoring junior staff and supporting their training and developmentInput into financial control of projects, contributing to fee proposals and invoicingJob Requirements:Competent user of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTrack and (ideally but not essential) MicroDrainage/Causeway FlowExperience of highway/drainage design associated with S278, S38, S104 agreementsGood communication and people skillsAbility to work well as part of a teamExperience of working with developers/contractorsWe are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in infrastructure projects, particularly within the highways sector.
