This role is for someone who is qualified as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students on a 1:1 basis. We are a driven school who provide support for students with a wide range of needs.The role:Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in groupsHelp the teacher to support and manage the class as well as to prepare the lessonsWork with pupils with SEND with the guidance of the TeacherSupport those with social and emotional and personal development needsThe right person will have:Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience of working as a Teaching Assistant within a SEND school OR a SEND environmentA passion for working with pupils with SEN and their familiesHigh level of resilience and determinationAll candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check.
