This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business.As an Analyst, you will principally participate in all client activities, including: marketing, execution, on-going customer relationship management and idea generation. You will play a vital and accountable role in helping to win new business, developing client relationships and managing internal processes for deal executions and internal approvals.There will be great exposure to a wide range of teams within Investment Banking, including Syndicate, Legal, Infrastructure Advisory, Ratings Advisory, Credit and MandA/Coverage. Joining here means you will become part of our inclusive teams and culture, unified by the firm’s mission and commitment to success.Job responsibilitiesPlay a key role in the execution of funding and capital markets transactions with focus on Infrastructure projectsBe involved in idea generation and the pitching process, helping to win new business and developing client relationships at a junior levelPrepare and review pitch books and marketing materials for client meetingsPrepare, review and deliver market updates for clients in written and verbal formatManage internal processes for deal pitching and executionsWork closely with Syndicate, Infrastructure Advisory, Legal, MandA, Ratings Advisory, Credit and Corporate Banking teamsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsFluent English speakerRelevant Investment Banking experience (DCM, ALF, ECM, IB coverage, etc.)Demonstrate ability to interact with clients and people in a professional and mature mannerRelevantquantitative and analytical skills, including PowerPoint, Excel skills and BloombergExcellent written and oral communication skillsComfort in and commitment to teamwork environmentHigh level of attention to detail and time management with ability to work under pressureHighly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage projects independentlyThis role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.
