3 monthsWe''re looking for a Senior IT Technician to join a business in Cirencester on a 3-month contract. You''ll be providing on-site, hands-on support across Microsoft and Windows environments, working closely with end users and ensuring systems remain secure and reliable.Responsibilities

Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Microsoft and Windows environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issuesSupport end users with escalated technical problemsMaintain and configure devices, servers, and user accountsAssist with system improvements and documentationSkills and Experience Required

Strong background in Microsoft and Windows technologies (AD, O365, Windows 10/11, server support)Proven experience in on-site, hands-on IT support rolesSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentContract Details

Cirencester based - full on-site presence required3-month contract, day rate up to GBP210Immediate start available
