French Speaking Customer Service and Recruitment Coordinator (Lichfield)

With franchisees operating in countries including France, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and more, we re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our international Customer Service team as a French Speaking Customer Service and Recruitment Coordinator, where you will use your exceptional people skills to help us achieve our 5-year growth plans for France.
In this dynamic role, you will use your fluent French language skills not only to support French franchisees, customers, and consumers in France, but also to be the first point of contact for prospective new French franchisees, completing the screening phase of the French franchisee recruitment process, reviewing CVs and completing exploratory first calls.Our French Speaking Customer Service and recruitment coordinator you will:Use your exceptional fluent French language skills to create an impeccable end to end customer experienceBe our franchisee, customer and consumer first point of contact, answering technical product questions, handling order and export paperwork, and expertly resolving complaintsScreen CVs and call prospective French franchisees, to explain our franchising business model and discuss their interest in the opportunity before referring them on to our franchise recruitment teamBusiness wide, support Autosmart colleagues and team members with French country-specific activities, including supporting our French marketing programme
Our French Speaking Customer Service and recruitment coordinator will have:Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written FrenchExperience in a telephone-based customer service, customer relationship, customer account management or recruitment roleExperience in handling technical or product related customer queriesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAn eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutionsConfident IT skills including MS officeComfortable with occasional travel between sites in Burntwood, Shenstone and Osny, France
