Your key responsibilities as a Director of Key Accounts will include:Leading and mentoring a geographically dispersed team of Key Account Managers to ensure high levels of client engagement and performance.Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with business objectives, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.Acting as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Client Success to drive account growth and reduce churn.Overseeing client contracts, renewals, and compliance, while enhancing onboarding and reporting processes.Representing the firm at industry events and providing regular updates to executive leadership on performance and market trends.
