Senior Quantity Surveyor - Earls Court/Croydon/Hendon - Residential/Mixed-Use Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + package O''Neill and Brennan are currently working with an up-and-coming main contractor with a strong secured pipeline of residential and mixed-use schemes. They are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to act as commercial lead on two residential schemes both valued between £5 - £10m. They will be interested to meet with any individuals who have proven experience of overseeing similar projects autonomously.
