Technical Accountant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract We are seeking a technically astute Technical Accountant to partner with our leadership team, strengthen financial discipline, and support scalable expansion in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a hands-on, audit-focused accounting role ideally suited to a qualified accountant with strong technical expertise and a passion for financial reporting standards, complex transactions, and external audit processes. The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will lead all core accounting, compliance, and financial control activities within an SME setting. Acting as the in-house technical expert, you will ensure full compliance with UK GAAP / FRS 102, drive robust financial controls, and manage the statutory audit process end-to-end. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality financial information, strengthening audit readiness, minimising adjustments, and ensuring smooth external audits in a growing IT business environment.
