We are recruiting for a IT Team Leader to work for a public sector business on a 6 month initial contract. The main purpose of this role will be lead a team of 8 Network Engineers who are managing the networks, firewalls and telephony infrastructure. Your main role will be daily operational management, ad-hoc escalations, daily workload prioritisation and delivery management, supplier and stakeholder engagement and BAU contract renewals across support and maintenance contracts and associated services. The ideal candidate will have past experience of team management, managing 3rd party suppliers and leading on incidents and escalations. Past experience of network management would be highly desirable such as routers, switches, firewalls and voice solutions. 1 day per week in the office in Taunton and 4 days from home Ideally £47.13 per hour via a umbrella company ..... full job details .....
