The role:?We''re looking for a dynamic and skilled Recovery Team Manager to oversee a complex of 10 well designed, single occupancy flats with a communal therapy room for adults with mental health needs. ?Based in a welcoming office in the heart of Northampton, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that service users lead fulfilling lives, maintain their tenancies and achieve personal goals. From supervising staff and managing facilities to maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with CQC standards, your responsibilities will be integral to the success of the service. This position combines time spent working shifts providing direct care with off-rota management duties, demanding flexibility, leadership and a deep understanding of service users'' needs.?Your responsibilities will include overseeing a staff team, ensuring that service users are progressing in their personal recovery journey, and are achieving goals related to their mental health, wellbeing, and quality of life. This will also involve supporting their transition into a new home, encouraging independence with managing their tenancies and all aspects of daily living.
