This 50-year-old business has grown significantly over the last decade and has consistently exceeded its annual targets. They are now looking to expand their team further with immediate effect.Salary range is dependent on experience but will be circa 45-55k + car package + an uncapped OTE, with the team earning on average an additional 25,000 to 40,000 per year.This organisation works extensively across the UK with both FM providers and end users, operating across both Hard and Soft FM, offering bundled solutions across all vertical markets. They have tangible USPs that set them apart from competitors and offer an industry-leading rewards package for their commercial team. The team has delivered each year against budget and has grown organically into a sizeable, collaborative team focused on strategic cross-selling.The services provided include commercial cleaning, fire safety systems, building access solutions, building maintenance, and more. Their client list features companies like Mitie, CBRE, HSBC, Tesco, Pizza Hut, NHS, Engie, Sainsbury''s, Sodexo, BandQ, Rolls Royce, Marks and Spencer, and many other household names.Your role will involve building relationships with decision-makers such as Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Compliance Managers, or Directors of Finance or Management, depending on the business. You will be a natural hunter of new business, excelling at winning work and influencing stakeholders. Strong negotiation, rapport-building skills, and a target-driven mindset are essential. You will thrive in a business that strives for excellence and be part of a successful, forward-moving team.This role is home-based, covering a national patch. You should be experienced in identifying end-user clients and service providers, and in selling products or services, though specific experience in FM is not required. Experience in new business development and managing accounts is essential, with a proven track record of adding value to previous employers.
