The Corporate Team provides comprehensive representation in all areas of business law. The practice areas include MandA, capital markets, securities and corporate finance and private equity and VC. Clients are wide ranging and include public and privately held companies, and overseas investors.The Individual

We are now looking for a corporate lawyer to join the team; candidates with 2-4 PQE will be considered. Ideally you should come from a firm with a similar profile to our client and experience in corporate, MandA and business law is a prerequisite. You should also be a self-starter with the ability to work well in a successful team and autonomously. You will be offered flexibility, with home working an option if desired.
