Working closely with market leading OEM Engineers. Ensure HandS and compliance within engineering team. Support implementation of reliability to ensure min downtime through data driven approaches. The Person: Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC level mechanical engineering or similar. Understanding DCS systems an advantage Working in a heavier manufacturing environment an advantage eg paper mill, steel works, recycling, chemicals etc Ability to be flexible and part of a dynamic and fast growing team and division that will develop and evolve. Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement. Nice to have but not essential: Project experience expansion, modernisation, new factory or plant build. Installation, commissioning, start-up of machines and equipment.
