ABC Teachers are seeking reliable and motivated Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a Secondary school environment and make a positive impact on students'' education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students continue to learn and adhere to school policies.Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor: Supervise and manage secondary school classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students complete the work set by their regular teachers.Maintain a positive and focused learning environment in the classroom.Implement the school s behaviour management policies to ensure a calm and productive atmosphere.Provide assistance to students where possible, helping them to understand and complete the assigned work.Report any issues or concerns regarding student behaviour or progress to the appropriate staff members.Assist with other duties as needed, including supporting individual students or small groups and helping with administrative tasks.Contribute to the wider school community by participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school events.
