Head of Product About the role This position is central to shaping digital product best practices, embedding a product operating model, and delivering market-leading products within our digital product team. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a leader who can drive digital transformation, ensuring our products exceed the expectations of educators and learners worldwide. Key responsibilities include: Defining and overseeing the execution of a commercially-driven strategy for Digital Insight products and services. Leading the development of digital testing systems that provide valid and reliable insights. Supporting and developing a high-performing Digital Insights Product Management team within a diverse and inclusive environment. Collaborating with fellow Heads of Product and stakeholders to enhance product processes and standards. Driving innovation and continuous improvement through a customer-first approach to product development.
