Chef required for a property in Bishop s Stortford, which offers a BBQ restaurant and smokehouse. They smoke and BBQ meats in American traditional smokers and Argentinian charcoal grill. As a Chef you will be working at a Commis level, as a second chef to the Head Chef. You will report to and support the Head Chef in both all the food preparation and kitchen operations.
