Are you looking for a fun, stimulating, and engaging environment where you can thrive?As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for high standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team leadershipMaintain high standards of food hygiene and safetyMonitor and manage departmental targets including sales, gross profit, stock, and labour costsEnsure compliance with purchasing procedures and food safety regulationsAssist with menu development, costing, and specificationsConduct food stock-takes and maintain accurate recordsParticipate in hiring, training, and developing kitchen staffEnsure efficient rota planning and payroll managementDrive continuous improvement in kitchen standards and guest satisfactionWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 4 years of kitchen management experienceLevel 3 Food Safety certification (required)Right to work in the UK (documentation required)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWorking Hours and FlexibilityThis role requires flexibility, including early and late shifts. Additional hours may be required during busy periods.
