Work closely with the management team to develop, audit, and improve the quality of the service.Act up in the absence of the ward manager.Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.Contribute to the ongoing development of the service through audits and quality improvement initiatives.Attend all training sessions and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines.Administer prescribed medicines following healthcare procedures and guidelines.Why Cygnet?
