Experience in a clean room or similarly regulated environment is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Split time between 40% team supervision and 60% operational dutiesPlan, coordinate and optimise daily workflow across the shiftEnsure operators understand priorities and maintain smooth production flowMaintain and update operator training records; support cross-trainingProvide input for team performance reviews (PDRs)Record issues, decisions and shift prioritiesManage timekeeping, attendance and conduct, escalating where appropriateAct as first point of contact for operator queries and equipment issuesCoordinate with Engineers and Team Leads to resolve production or resource issuesComplete clear verbal and email handovers between shiftsEnsure bottleneck processes are consistently supplied with workMonitor work-in-progress and ensure orders remain on scheduleOversee batches for external ..... full job details .....
