Our client is a respected and well-established hotel with exceptional Food and Beverage offerings: from a Michelin star restaurant to private dining and afternoon tea. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be working alongside a professional and supportive brigade of 20+ members producing high quality dishes to a high standard and using the best ingredients. About you: Must have previously worked in a similar luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant. Michelin or multi rosette restaurant exposure would be an advantage.
