A successful Finance Business Partner should have:A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Proven experience in a finance-focused role within a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectivelyProficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Job Offer
