Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in various healthcare settings. The role involves providing vital support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Candidates should demonstrate empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
• Aid in patient mobility and the use of assistive devices.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance patients' quality of life.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols in patient areas.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Previous experience in a healthcare role is beneficial but not required.

Pay Range: £12 - £13 per hour
